This famous pork sausage has a mild flavour and firm bite with a well-rounded smokey taste. When biting into an authentic Frank, you'll hear the pop, or "Knack" as the Austrian's say; Its fine emulsion becomes pressurised during cooking, creating this distinct characteristic. Place in a pot of cold water and bring to the boil. As soon as the water is boiling, remove immediately and enjoy. Enjoy with potato salad or in a crusty roll with mustard. Gluten Free
